Lola Granola Bar Review & Giveaway!

slideshow_large

I was raised snacking on healthy snacks like granola bars. I even remember back in high school when my mom would give me lunch money for the week. However being the penny pincher that I was already back then. Instead of buying the nasty school food I would pocket the money and eat a granola bar from home. Still to this day I love snacking on granola bars and I’m always looking forward to trying new brands of my all time favorite snack!

So of coarse when this company offered me the opportunity to sample their line of “Lola Granola Bars” for a review & giveaway. There was no way I could say no, since I have to admit I was supper excited! Plus for those of you who haven’t heard of the Lola Granola Bar brand just yet. My review/giveaway will certainly leave you with all the information you need and even more with links to their websites as well. Not to mention you’ll have your shot at winning the same variety pack they sent me!

What I truly love about these types of brands is that they are family oriented. Even the story behind this awesome brand makes you think. If your struggling because you think all the doors have been closed to you don’t give up a window of opportunity will open. Like Mary Molina the creator of the Lola Granola Bar is a perfect example.

It all started out times where hard, they needed assistance just to survive. While her family struggled to provide for their 4 children. Her husband would live off of junk food just to help them save money. Mary being the genius that she is decided to make home made granola bars that were more nutritious for her family to eat as well as gluten and soy free due to the children’s allergies. On top of it being a healthier choice, these granola bars are affordable to make too!

These home made granola bars turned out to be a big hit. Especially since these granola bars are an affordable great tasting healthy snack. What do you know, before she knew it everyone wanted one! So now that these are being produced in an upstate New York facility everyone can finally get there hands on one.

I also love how this company also helps out with the anti-hunger children’s back pack programs. Its nice to see that even after they make it big they don’t forget about the trouble they went through & the help they received.

The Lola Granola Bars are amazing tasting and everyone I’ve shared them with loves them too! If you would like to check them out fell free to check out these sites:
