I was watching the Today show the other day & saw the author of "The No More Excuses Diet!" I just thought to myself how cool is that, the book that is headed my is being showcased on the Today show! So when this book finally arrived on my door step I must say I was very excited & even though I was in the middle of cooking breakfast, I took a quick peak inside.

This book is awesome & if she can accomplish her goals so can I. Plus I know like everyone out there we just want instant results. Yet thats not how things work & she sets a great example with the: 3 Days to Bust Any Excuse, 3 Weeks to Easy New Eating Habits & 3 Months to Total Transformation. Which when you think about it, it is possible to completely transform the way I look & feel inside out.
